Shipping Conditions – VIVE GmbH

 

1. Scope
These shipping conditions apply to all orders placed via the VIVE GmbH online shop with delivery addresses in Switzerland.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Orders exceeding a certain value qualify for free shipping. The threshold is displayed in the shopping cart.

  • For orders below this threshold, shipping costs apply and are shown during the ordering process.

  • For particularly bulky or heavy shipments, VIVE reserves the right to charge additional fees. These will be communicated prior to shipping approval.

3. Delivery Times

  • Warehouse shipping: Delivery usually takes place within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment or order confirmation.

  • If items are unavailable or require special handling, delivery may take up to 10 business days. In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly.

4. Shipping Providers

  • Delivery is carried out by a courier service selected by VIVE or Swiss Post.

  • Deliveries to P.O. boxes are only possible to a limited extent; a personal address is preferred.

5. Transfer of Risk

  • Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping provider.

  • Transport damage must be reported by the customer immediately to the recipient or carrier and submitted in writing to VIVE GmbH.

6. Deviations & Delays

  • Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur, particularly with external service providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

  • VIVE will inform the customer as soon as delays become apparent and provide a new estimated delivery time.

7. Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

  • Orders from abroad (where permitted) may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • VIVE declares the value of goods correctly, provides all necessary customs documents, and informs about possible additional costs.
