Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VIVE GmbH, Chamerstrasse 176, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, Email: info@vive.swiss) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments (including delivery costs for the cheapest shipping method) to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days. You bear the cost of returning the goods. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.

Exceptions: No right of withdrawal for sealed hygiene/cosmetic articles if the seal has been removed.
